My name is Brian Kabisa and my goal is to find a business to buy and lead as the next stage of my career

Growing up as a child of immigrants, I was instilled with the values of hard work, education, and the drive to empower others.

As a pre-teen, I saw an opportunity to bring joy to my classmates by becoming the go-to chewing gum merchant at my middle school, quickly cornering the market. That early spark of entrepreneurship ignited a lifelong passion for identifying needs and delivering solutions—a passion that continues to fuel my career today.

I started my career in high school as a sign peddler for Domino’s Pizza, and within a year, I was promoted to Assistant Manager. After graduating, I enlisted in the U.S. Air Force as an A-10 fighter jet mechanic, where I took on the responsibility of overseeing daily inspections and maintenance for $14 million aircraft assets.

Since then, I've navigated roles in retail sales, marketing, vendor management, client relations, and project management. Across this diverse spectrum of experiences, the most valuable skill I've honed is the ability to unite people from all backgrounds to achieve a common goal.

For me, it’s always about the mission, and I view everyone on my team as essential to executing it with precision and passion.

If you are considering selling your company, I would love the opportunity to learn more about your story.
